Membership provides access to exclusive member pricing only. Attractions, tickets and experiences are purchased separately through our authorised booking partner.
2. Eligibility

3. Membership
Membership provides access to the iVisitDXB Members Area for the duration purchased.
Available memberships may include:
Silver Membership (1 Week)
Gold Membership (1 Month)
Platinum Membership (12 Months)
Membership begins on the activation date and expires automatically at the end of the membership period.
Once a membership has expired, access to the Members Area and member benefits will cease unless renewed.
4. Member Benefits
Your membership gives you access to exclusive member pricing on participating attractions and experiences.
Discounts:
vary by attraction;
may change without notice;
are subject to availability;
are determined by our booking partners and attraction providers.
iVisitDXB cannot guarantee that every attraction will always be available or discounted.
5. Third-Party Booking Services
iVisitDXB does not sell attraction tickets directly.
When you select an attraction, you will be redirected to our authorised booking partner to complete your booking.
All attraction bookings are subject to the booking partner's and attraction provider's own:
Terms & Conditions;
Cancellation policies;
Amendment policies;
Operating hours;
Health and safety requirements.
iVisitDXB is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, delays or operational decisions made by third-party suppliers.
6. Prices and Payments
Membership fees are payable in full at the time of purchase.
By making a payment, you confirm that:
the payment details provided are accurate;
you are authorised to use the payment method;
sufficient funds are available.
Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes where required.
7. Refund Policy
As membership provides immediate access to digital content and exclusive member benefits, membership fees are generally non-refundable once your account has been activated.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights where applicable.
8. Use of the Website
You agree to use iVisitDXB only for lawful personal use.
You must not:
share your membership login details;
allow others to use your account;
