No. All bookings are completed online and your e-tickets or booking confirmation will be emailed directly to you.

Yes. An internet connection is required to access your Members Area and complete bookings.

No. Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.

As iVisitDXB is a digital membership providing immediate access to member benefits, memberships are generally non-refundable once activated. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.

No. Your membership fee simply gives you access to exclusive member pricing.  The fee is not a re-occurring charge and there is no automatic renewal. You only pay for the attractions you choose to book.

We work with official tourism partners to negotiate exclusive member rates that are not generally available to the public and have negotiated them to be in one place for our members.
